Soak lenses for 8 hours

 Step 1: Wash Your Hands Thoroughly

• Use warm water and an unscented antibacterial soap to clean your hands.
• Dry your hands with a lint-free towel or tissue to avoid contamination.

• Rinse the lens case with a multipurpose contact lens solution (never use tap water).
• Fill each compartment ¾ full with fresh solution to keep the lenses hydrated and free from bacteria.

• Carefully open the blister pack without spilling the solution.
• Use clean, dry fingers or a lens applicator to remove the lens.
• Avoid using fingernails to prevent damage or contamination.

• Place the lens on the palm of your hand.
• Apply a few drops of multipurpose solution on the lens.
• Gently rub the lens with your index finger for 10–15 seconds to remove any dirt, germs, or protein buildup.

• Place the cleaned lenses into the prepared lens case.
• Ensure they are fully submerged in fresh multipurpose solution.
• Let them soak for at least 8 hours before wearing to ensure proper hydration and disinfection.

✅ Always use fresh solution—never reuse old solution.
✅ Replace your lens case every 1–3 months to prevent bacterial buildup.
✅ Avoid touching lenses with dirty or wet hands.
✅ Never store or rinse lenses with tap water or saliva (risk of infection).
✅ Follow the recommended wearing schedule to avoid eye irritation.
✅ If you experience redness, irritation, or discomfort, remove the lenses immediately and consult an eye care professional.
